Motif Analysis Workbench

This workbench is currently implemented in the yeast S. cerevisiae genome.

• Motif Diagnosis - a quantitive "diagnosis" of the effect that a motif of interes t exerts on expression patterns.
• Motif Landscape Analysis - a detailed exploration of the effect of each position in a given motif on expression.
• Motif Refinement - given a "core" consensus motif we preform "local refinement" of the motif.
• Motif Discovery - de-novo motif discovery using our recently developed al gorithm.
