Efficient Large-Scale Alignment of Nucleotide Databases (ELAND)

ELAND is a genome alignment program from Illumina.

Documentation is in the Solexa Pipeline User Guide.

Squashed genomes can be found on Dapsas2 in the directory /srv/projects/next-gen-seq/data/squashed-genomes. Note that each squashed genome is in its own subdirectory.

Contact Esti, Dena, or Hershel if you need another genome to be squashed (they have write permission for the squashed-genomes directory).
