This hands-on workshop will provide you with the skills to analyze your RNA-Seq data using QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) covering:
- Setting Up and Performing Core Analysis: Learn the essential steps to prepare your data for IPA.
- Discover Enriched Pathways and Networks: Visualize the interconnectedness of genes in your experiment.
- Identifying Upstream Regulators: Uncover the key players influencing gene expression.
- Performing Pathway Comparison Analysis: Gain insights into how pathways differ between conditions.
Important Note: IPA is currently limited to analyzing data from humans, mice, and rats.
