The collection of all hypertext and hypermedia resources on the Internet.

For FTP:
Fetch (Mac), CuteFTP (PC), FTP (Unix)
For HTTP:
Web Browsers (Netscape, Internet Explorer).
Today, Web browsers can perform all of the above.
