The TOTM will start with an hour lecture on the various approaches and tools to analyse a data set of chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by high-throughput tag sequencing (ChIP-Seq).
I will discuss how to detect the binding sites and how to annotate them in order to infer their biological relevance.
Following the lecture there will be a hands-on session to experience the tools and approaches discussed in the lecture.
