MacVector 10 for analyzing DNA & protein sequences Presented by Dr. Chris Lindley of MacVector, Inc.

MacVector is a comprehensive Macintosh application that provides sequence editing,
primer design, internet database searching, protein analysis, sequence confirmation,
multiple sequence alignment, phylogenetic reconstruction, coding region analysis,
and a wide variety of other functions.

MacVector version 10 has recently been released. This new version includes a new interface
that is tightly integrated with Mac OS/X, enhanced feature editing and search functions,
Primer3 for primer design, and simplified restriction enzyme analysis.

Dr. Lindley will present various workflows in MacVector and will answer questions about using this tool.
